Thomas Russell
Co-Founder. A solar specialist and entrepreneur, Thomas created the UK government's original solar PV calculator for the Feed-in Tariff programme.

Dr Damien Lejay
Co-Founder. Damien's background includes a PhD in Mathematics, ENS Paris-Saclay and ETH Zurich, and a Senior Research Fellowship at the Institute for Basic Science. He develops the financial models behind the Black Glass Deal.

Alastair Patrick
Director. Alastair has led brand and go-to-market strategy for Diageo, Sennheiser and Tritax Big Box, now a FTSE 100 property company, where he was the first Marketing Director. At Black Glass Capital he works across company strategy, fundraising, marketing and the landlord programme.

Marcus Fookes
Sales Director. Marcus has more than 35 years in the insulation and energy industry, helping businesses, investors and landlords plan and deliver their renewable energy strategies, including fully funded models and managed services. At Black Glass Capital he leads landlord origination and relationships.
