For landlords
Your roof is the only part of the building not paying rent.
We develop rooftop solar on your building with zero capital outlay. You sell the energy to your tenants, keep the margin, and the system becomes yours at the end of the term.
Which kind of landlord are you?
Choose the one that fits. The details below change to match.
Income on the asset, and terms your committee can test.
One deal structure across the portfolio, reviewed once by your advisers and applied building by building.
A new line of income on existing assets
The roof earns from energy sales for the term. Figures in your assessment are indicative, with the basis shown.
EPC exposure, reduced where it counts
Rooftop solar can improve an EPC rating. We can only estimate the likely effect on your rating. A formal EPC assessment confirms it, and we can arrange one at your cost.
Documentation built for scrutiny
Every assumption is written down, so ESG and investment reporting has a source to point to.
What your adviser will ask

Plain terms, and the margin stays with you.
No capital outlay and no product to decode. One funding agreement, read by your accountant and solicitor before you sign.
Zero capital outlay
We arrange the funding for the full installation. You make fixed, scheduled payments to the funding vehicle that finances it. The energy income is designed to cover them, but the payments are due whatever the building earns, including during voids.
Capital allowances
Capital allowances may be available. Your accountant will confirm what applies to you.
Terms you can read
Written to be read by your accountant and solicitor, not decoded by them.

EPC and MEES

Tenants
Where the energy goes.
Your tenants can buy what the roof generates. You agree the price with them. Energy they don't use can be sold to the grid. Where you occupy the building yourself, you use it first.
Roof assessment
Tell us the address and we'll assess the roof for you.
We look at the structure, orientation, shading and energy use. Your assessment gives an indicative figure for each building, with the assumption behind every number, so your accountant can check it.
